Install and check your device

Create a new wallet and carefully record your recovery seed exactly as shown on the device. Keep it offline, private, and somewhere secure. Never share it with anyone.

Trezor will never ask you to enter your recovery seed on a website, send it in a message, or reveal it to support. Only enter it on your physical Trezor device when the device itself instructs you. Anyone who gets your seed may be able to access your funds.
